Synopsis
Visiting Paris, King Leopold of Belgium wants to go to Monte Carlo but cannot afford to lose seventeen hours in the train to get there. Fortunately, he meets an automobile manufacturer, who claims that he can take him to the French Riviera in just two hours. The King accepts to go with him on a trip full of pitfalls…
